I specifically remember hearing something about this on Loveline (a sex and health talk radio show with Dr. Drew). He said that this happens when you are overweight, because of the hormones. You can either bleach them, wax them, or lose weight. Do not feel self conscious, because it happens to a lot of women.. even those who are not overweight (which depending on your height, you couldn't be by much). It can also happen if it runs in your family or if you are very stressed.

Check in with your gynecologist who may give you hormones.
Weight issues may have an effect on your hormone balance, or your hormone balance may have an effect on your weight.

Since you have hormone related symptoms, you need to see your doctor to help sort out what caused what.

Your hormones are out of balance, and once you get them back in balance those "masculinzation" effects should go away.

Women have small amounts of male hormones as well as normal female hormones in their bodies. Something caused your male hormones to kick in a bit too hard. You need help, only a physician can provide.

If the problem is bad enough you may be sent to an endocrinologist, a specialist who works with hormone related glands.

There is NO REASON you should live with those hormone issues.

And SHAME on all those smart alec people who are mocking and makeing fun of your situation.

You can get the hair removed professionally or use any of several dipillarory products from a local drug store. The weight will take some exercise and sensible dieting to lose.

I agree with Indie film actors response completely. There is an hormonal embalance called polycystic ovary syndrome or PCOS. I have it and it is completly treatable but you need to see your GYN for Dx. He/She will have to do a hormone study to be sure, and then refer you to an GYN who also specializes in endo. Good Luck!
