If your thinking your previous history of avoiding the fines won't have an effect on how you're treated you could be taking a chance. Why risk something happening and if there is a warrant you get a free ride to the jail for something as dumb as unpaid fines .. save yourself the embarrassment and pay the fines, you are supposed to let them know you've moved. But hey some people want more life experiences under their belt ... so you have to make your choice ... me personally I'm not fond of strangers giving me bracelets that are chained together.

Keep a low profile. Avoid visiting your usual haunts, pubs, clubs etc. Keep your bags packed and be ready to move at a moment's notice. Oh yeah and remember to use an alias which is not connected with your own name. In other words, never use a false name based upon the initials of your own name. Keep it simple: -
Peter Black etc.

You can't dodge them forever...make an attempt to pay because they will get your place of work to stop it from your wages. If you get stopped for speeding, no seat belt...anything... they will bang you up for this non payment of fine and it would be terribly sad if it happened at a really important time in your life....and sod's law it will.
