The reason that I know that exercise can make you feel better is because it raises your metabolism. I know that it has something to do with endorphins as well, but I am no biologist. It may be difficult to bring yourself to do it initially, but when you do you'll be glad you did. When you exercise, without exerting yourself, you will see a difference in they way you feel. Trust me!

Exercise raises your metabolism to help you loose weight. It makes you feel better, becuase you have a higher metabolism and can do more things before you get tired out.
Exercise will also help you sleep better at night, becuase you are wearing yourself out during the day.

Give yourself some time with it and be consistent. It does make you feel better because of the blood and oxygen you get moving to your muscles and it revs up your metabolism. Just remember to drink your water!
