Prepare it like chicken fried steak...
Dredge the pieces in flour. Then dip the pieces into a mixture of milk and egg. Dredge the pieces in flour again. Fry until light brown in a skillet with about 1/2 cup of oil in it. Drain the pieces on a paper towel.
Then, put the pieces in a baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Top the pieces with campbell's cream of mushroom soup and bake in the oven at 350 for about 25 to 30 minutes.

This is the way I do it and my kids love it as I do. Wet the meat with water, coat it in flour and brown it. Don't cook it through, just get it browned. Remove it from the skillet and then make gravy with the drippings, adding butter, because there won't be enough. Make the gravy really thin, then put the cube steaks & gravy in a casserole and bake in the oven. The steaks will come out mouth watering tender and the gravy is to die for.

I bread mine with flour, cook on low in olive oil, then I put them in a baking dish. I then add cream of mushroom soup to my drippings, which are very minimal, along with a can of milk. Mix thoroughly while heating. Pour over cube steaks and put in oven. This is so delicious and great with mashed potatoes and corn. Its a crowd pleaser for sure!! Good Luck!!
