My boyfriend lives over there but he is still married and we are not sure how long the divorce will take. He is a US citizen born and bred over there. I just want to know how I can stay with him as we want to be together.

Save your own money, come over here LEGALLY, get your work visa get your own place and then if and when your boyfriend gets a divorce, you two could get together.

Stay in your own country. The guy is married. Best option is if he does leave his wife for you , then everyone will think you are a home wrecking tramp. Worst case is that you come here and spend all the time and money and effort it takes to get a visa and he never leaves his wife, and you are the mistress.... I'm sorry to say this, but I don't see a happily ever after for you.

Is he "really" getting a divorce or is that what he is telling you?? Have him send you updates on his pending divorce, documented court papers with actual dates and time frames. I don't know how you all met, but many "married" guys will never leave their spouse for someone else??? Good Luck and I do hope he is being honest with you.??
