Try Allegro Marinade. I love the Hickery Smoked one. I stabbed the steak with a fork on both sides....put it and the marinade in a ziplock bag over night....grilled it on my grill (like a George Foreman) and it was so tender and delicious. You can find it either in the marinade section by the ketchup and bbq sauce or in some stores it is in the Gormet section. Depends on the store. Ask to see if they have it.

I love A-1 Marinade you can buy for steaks. Just salt/pepper the steaks, I always rub a little butter on them then marinate them in a bowl or storage bag in the fridge for at least 30 min. I prefer a little longer but, thats my preference. Try it!

I love to use Italian dressing & Tony Chacheries. Pour a little Worcestershire sauce on top and add bell peppers & onions. Cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate overnight.

A t-bone should never need a marinate sauce, they are usually tender. If you just have to put something on it, sprinkle a little creole seasoning on it just before you eat it...Happy eating..................
