i work offshore and work six hours on and six off don't have a lot of time to cook or a lot of storage for fresh food,mostly eat out of a box or can and need to do that healthy and know when to eat and not eat with the strange hours i keep

the progresso soups are 100 calories per serving(check label) Take vitimans to make-up for what you are lacking.

I would eat a lot of progresso soups because they are very healthy. Also, be sure that you are taking vitamin supplements to make up for not eating fresh fruits and vegetables.

You'd be amazed at just how healthy beans on toast is. A little too much sugar, but it's full of good stuff and really quick and simple. And just plonk a fried egg, a bit of brown sauce or worcester sauce, or a couple of slices of cold meat on top and it makes it taste better too!

(Not all the time, obviously - everything in moderation - but it's a really good quick healthy option).

well mi mom is tha same way and basically all she did was eat things in the dairy group and ocasionally other stuff like tuna almonds yogurt little things and a salad that she usually bought or made herself those are simple things u can eat anytime and are really good and cheap but it help you keep a nice weight and tend to eat lest period
