Strawberry, grape and melon are lovely on cocktail sticks.........I make them when I do a buffet and there are never any left..........the flavours just go so nicely together

This a great project for a youngster to be involved in. I think any banana based smoothie recipes are a great idea and are a good way to use up those slightly over ripe pieces of fruit. You can experiment as well; pretty well any fruit combines well.

Yesterday my mother in law made this for dessert.
1 8oz container of Cream Cheese It can be flavored if you want like the strawberry flavored CC. Softened.
1 smaller bottle (don't know the oz) marshmellow creme.
Put both in a bowl and mix well. May or may not want to chill before serving. If it is to chilled it will be hard. Serve this with apple wedges, grapes, strawberries. Any of the more firm fruit.

I get my niece and nephew to eat fruit by make design "fruit kabobs"
Cut out different shape(cookie cutters) and stringing the fruit on wooden sticks.

Mix fruits together but make it meshy
Arrange it so that kids will love to eat it
Try arranging like.. with same colours or face shape etc..,

How about buying a variety of fruit, cutting it and piecing it together to look like an animal, person, scenery...

ok it looks like a red relish you need pecans, 2 apples, 2 oranges. a bag of cranberries, marshmellows, and to boxes of rasberry jello.
make the jello and put it in the frezzer until it is syrpy in the mean time cut up and blend the apples and oranges and cranberries togeather. and then add sugar and marshmellows and pecans to the bowl. chill and eat! it is so good!!!

Fill a pie crust with fresh, cleaned and sliced strawberries. Pour in enough jello to fill pie pan and allow to set. Top with whipped cream.
or
Cut small cantaloupes in half and remove seeds. Fill each half with vanilla ice cream.
