i agree get Cesar Millan to help you. he is known to help dogs that are in the "red zone" as he calls them. he has a pack of dogs at his center (many of which are pitbulls) and they get along fine because they have a pack leader who understands their needs. but first things first, get your dogs spayed/neutered if they arent already. if things dont work out, find a good home where the dog will be happy. and because its an aggressive pitbull, do a backround check for anyone who wants to take the dog, if the person is wanting a fighting dog... than it would be better to put the dog down. BUT USE THIS ONLY AS A LAST RESORT!!! DO NOT JUST PUT HIM DOWN BECAUSE HE IS AGGRESSIVE!!!!! most ppl think that you can just kill all the mean dogs, there is a reason the dogs are the way they are, if you find that out, chances are you will have a home of happy dogs. i hate ppl who put dogs down without giving them a chance! good luck with your pits, i, by the way, love pits, very sweet dogs.

Are these dogs spayed/neutered? All of them? Having two of the same sex animals (even when they are neutered) in one house is sometimes difficult because they are fighting for dominance in the pack. If they are neutered, one of them should go. Either that or keep them separated all the time, which will be a real pain! They do make sprays that you use on them when they are fighting to startle them but that's mostly just to break it up. You can also use coins in a can. You shake it to startle them, but again, that doesn't solve the beginning of the fight. Dogs have a pack mentality and when there are several in one house, it gets harder to control.

This problem has been caused by having two many dogs living together. They are clearly fighting for dominance.
How soon will it be before they attack a person - Hopefully never but You need to end line this behaviour now. Why not get one neutred or even get it re-homed to a owner who has loads of experience with this breed.
Personally - aggressive pit bulls should be given to a shelter in my opionion.

Keep the dogs in seperate crates. If they are fighting, its obvious they can not be let out together. If they turn on each other, the next could be a small child, you, or a stranger. If you cannot afford vet care, don't have dogs that fight.

Make sure they are all spayed and neutered, which can help curb aggression.
You may have to join the many other multi-pitbull house holds that have to "crate and rotate." This will allow you to keep them, while keeping them safe.
That is your only option, other than getting rid of them, which means they will likely be euthanized or given to irresponsible people, since pitbull homes are so hard to find if you want them to go to a good one.

It is people like you that give DOGS a bad name. Why would you have 4 pits or whatever dogs loose in the same area? Have you ever heard of pack drive? Have you ever heard of CRATES? Get 4 of them and put one dog in each crate. Find someone who is willing to adopt 3 of them and keep the 4th. Take him to a REAL obedience class, not pet smart or pet-whatever and have him trained. Do no listen or watch the idiot Millan on TV. And finally, please learn what being a RESPONSIBLE dog owner is all about.

Firstly why 4 pitbulls?I dont understand why you need 4 dangerous dogs round you, secondly do yourself and your neighbours children and pets a favour, have them put to sleep, much cheaper than a fine or jail term

I am a dog lover too, but its time to put them down. It is only a matter of time before thay hurt or kill someone else's pet or worse, child. The guilt you will feel is a whole lot worse than any financial burden you could experience.

Do Not put them down !!! dogs are a pack animal and they need their pack leader to step up. They need more walks and training you need to let them know you do not wan this in your house I think you should get a hold of a trainer named Cesar Millan here is his web sight he has helped a lot of people with their dogs pit bull he know very well. http://www.dogpsychologycenter.com/ Please check in to him he can help you. Pit bulls are great dogs you just need to know what you are doing with them and understand the breed before making judgment. Its the people not the dog . Please get a better understanding on any breed before you buy it. I ask you Please Do Not put the dogs down.
