alot of BBQ restaurants offer catering....Colter's BBQ, Spring Creek, Dickey's..etc. I am in the Dallas area so those are around me, not sure about where you live. You might can also call a "mom and pop" kinda BBQ place...they might can provide the same food but at a cheaper price than the bigger chain restaurants.
Or...ask some neighbors or someone else you have not invited to the wedding/reception (that way a relative or friend that is already invited doesnt miss out) if they would be willing to help out by manning the grille. In exchange offer payment or a gift for their time.

You should hire someone. I think all the above ideas are good. If you hire a professional co. they will have liability should there been any illness - however there is a cost issue. Or you could provide the food and hire someone to just man the BBQ.
You don't want to ask a guest or parent. It's not fair to them to miss celebration and if they try to participate you'll end up with burnt meat!
(Except I'd have to say, I think my Dad would have welcomed a job that didn't involve socializing :) You'll have to judge for yourself.)

Since you would want all of your guests to enjoy themselves, you would hire someone to do the grilling for you. Call your local culinary arts school or college and let the teacher know you are looking for this....then hire a student to do it. They could use the extra money, as well as the practical experience.

If you would like to save money, I suggest you ask your BEST MAN to do the grilling for you. After all, he is there to tend to your needs and make sure things are at your best interest.
Good luck! Hope your best man is an awesome griller!
If not, you can ask other relatives, or friends who are willing to help you do the grilling. I'm sure they will all be hands-on and at your service. Who can say NO at your wedding day? (=

Yes, it'd be easiest for everyone to hire someone. Otherwise, one or some of your guests won't be enjoying themselves at all. Also, you want to make sure that you have a person who is backed by a catering company or something...basically, someone to be liable just in case the food is undercooked and someone gets sick.

If it were my wedding, which it is not, I would hire someone to do it. A caterer (that would bring in prepared food) or maybe someone to work your own grill. There is no sense in making your guests or wedding party cook their own food.
It's up to you. That is just what I would do.

You could hire somebody or ask a relative or close family friend to help out. Even if you do the relative or friend I would still give them some sort of gift - money or otherwise.

Usually you'd hire a caterer to do everything...garden or BBQ and everything in between...it is just easier that way.
