I get panic attacks..really bad. I just start crying in school and stuff and I want to go home. Then things started getting bad with my dad and I was so depressed and then my friends left me and I started to cut myself and now everyone calls me a weird emo kid. How can I stop the panic attacks?

Mindfullness relaxation excercises can really help.

An example, someone who has panic attacks sometimes is sitting in a bus full of people. He/she starts feeling bodily sensations (eg sweting, fast heart beat), then he/she starts feeling stressed/anxious, then he/she thinks "****, I don't want to have a panic attack".

Mindfullness excercizes can help you focus on the bodily sensations without getting the negative feelings and thoughts. This may reduce the chance of getting an attack.
