i means something rude in the uk but im always hearing it on american tv and have always wanted to know what it meant.

It is a term for your rear end or butt, but in the UK it means a woman's hoo-ha...her cooter, vagina. I work with some Brits, so I'm pretty sure that's right. :)

It's a cute way of saying but. I think it is one of the better words to teach a young child. You would be surprised to hear so many young children referring to their fanny, butt, hiney, as their a--. It is shameful that many parents don't try to teach their babies better or more respectful terminology. Have a great day!

It's a playful term for butt, rear end, etc. I haven't heard it lately, usually the word @ss is used.
