Yes, I would say, congratulations, you pregnant. The EPTs are getting fairly accurate (The Doctor usually more sure, but, EPT pretty good too). Just figure nine months from the test unless you can remember when you had the lucky sex day. You may at least go back 2-3 weeks from the test for a closer BD-Day (Baby Due Day). You can go to the Doctor and they may be able to give a better due date. But, it just extra money. I figure 25 October to 10 September. Let me know how close I was, I getting pretty good on my due dates.
Eat well balanced meals and go very easy on the smoking and drinking, or, really, don't smoke or drink until after the baby born. You can still have sex until it becomes uncomfortable for you, and you may need to try different positions to be comfortable. But, you can ask about that later as the baby grows. Good Luck!
I do want to add from what I read from above me. I tested my wife when she missed her period and it showed Positive and a Doctor did confirm. Well this my sound weird, but, I saved the EPT and put in the Baby's photo album, 7 years later it still showing positive. LOL!!

Most tests I've seen advice to not trust the results after 10 mins, and say that anything more than 10 mins can have a wrong result.
Best bet would be to take a new test just to be sure.

Congrats. You are pregnant. They will tell you not to read the test after so long but I read mine and it was negative and put it in the garbage can and the next morning woke up, seen the test in the garbage stairing up at me with a positive result and sure enough 8 months later, I had a baby! You still have to go and have a doctor do one just to be 100% sure but that is with any of them no matter how long you wait to read one.

When a line shows up after 10 minutes that is not a true positive result, that is called an evaporation line.
Re-test again and this time make sure you watch the test.
Good luck

Go to your doctor and have the test done then you will know in only a few minutes and not have to worry about whether the store bought test is correct.

It could be positive, but it could also be an evaporation line from sitting so long.
The only way to know for sure, is to take a new test!
good luck!

you cant read the results accurately on a hpt after the set ammount of time is elapsed (most tests 'expire' after 10 minutes)
