Well I have been getting knee pain for a month but today has been hard I have had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs and on my way to this class I practiaclly dragged myself as I could not extend my knee backward normally to walk because of pain.

I dont know what to do I am in school and the bell will ring in about 15 minutes and I will have to face another 2 flights of stairs going down and walking some 80 yards across campus.

I am only 15 help
