what do you suggest a 23 year old guy wear when play one on one basketball with a friend?.....indoor at a gym or outside in 80* weather..... details from head to toe help

If you want to have a good basic workout and have fun? I would suggest first off a sturdy but not necessarily expensive pair of shoes. Wear one or two pair of cotton socks, a comfortable pair of shorts, and a loose fitting single colour t-shirt. Nothing else is needed. No exposed belt loops; no pockets; take off the jewelry. Also, avoid brand names . . . you don't want to look like a walking advertisement or wannabe. It doesn't matter if you are indoors or out, go simple, go comfortable and the attire should be the same for either. If the scouts happen to be watching maybe they will be dazzled by your skill and modesty, not your $500 runners, big corporation cloths and your bling. Playing bball with a friend is about having fun and getting some exercise.
