i have some pimples on my face and black spots also......how can i get a glowing skin?.............any suggestions?......plz

First, I would take a laxative. That's right. Clean out your intestinal tract. Then I would buy those strips that clean out black heads. I would buy some good cleaning solution but it has to be a treatment that has a cleansing lotion, toner, and a nutrition. It has to have 3 steps. Try that and if that doesn't work then you need to spend the $19.95 for proactive. I heard that works....good luck

don't panic. just wash Ur face regularly with normal water and also drink more of it daily. besides if ur skin is oily use a face pack of multani mitti and chandan and little turmeric made with lime juice daily for just say five minutes and dry off.don't let it get very dry and hard tht will rob ur moisture and make ur skin dry. optionally u can also use a fresh pack of neem leaves, tulsi with turmeric made with lime juice or milk if u have normal skin. never ever pluck ur pimples as it will leave scars which will look very bad. medically u can use any ointment containing benzoyle peroxide and also drink safi for blood cleansing. avoid oily and spicy food consume more of curds and fruit or food which act as coolants. bu if still u see no diffrence after 1 month of daily treatment consult a dermatologist. if u find this makes ur face very xtremley dry u can use the multani mitti face pack every alternate day. take care avoid plucking ur pimples
