Butter is better for ME.

I've always heard that margarine was better for you because it's low in cholesteral and saturated fats.. it's because it contains mono or poly unsaturated fats like olive oil. It also can depend on what kind of margarine you get.. some have higher transfats, think that stick margarine has more transfat than the kind that's in a container or liquid form.

As for me I like butter. In moderation of course.

Margarine is better for me. Mainly because butter makes me completely lose my appetite. It tastes like sour milk, and I find it disgusting. LOL

Real butter without a doubt is what I prefer, especially when baking.

I try not to use either unless absolutely necessary in a recipe.I use the sprays when possible.If needed I use butter----salt free.It is suppose to be the best for health....

REAL (FULL FAT) BUTTER!!!

If not, I prefer to put cream cheese or jam on my toast or dip the bread in a mixture of extra vrigin olive oil + balsamic vinegar

Anything that is ALL natrual is better for you than anything made with 'chemicals! Butter my dear...go with real butter!

Always choose real anything! You can't go wrong. Fake is just that - not the real thing.
