Korean gensing is a good source of antioxidants,but there is no proof at all that it is beneficial in memory enhancement,neither in young persons like students who would like help in memorization nor older people with age related memory problems.

Its not proven, but it has been said it helps somehow increase memory.

I tried the pills for a month, it did alright for me, but the best is just to try doing mind buggling things to stimulate your mind.
