Sausages are made from meat - if anyone tells you otherwise they are either a veggie (and suspect) or mad. I like pork and beef sausages with paprika available from Norwich market - treat yourself.

Vegetarian sausage - no way. Is a carrot a sausage ? It's almost sausage shaped.

Sausage is normally made from pork, but you can find them made from beef...and turkey. You'll just need to read the label to make sure you get the kind you're looking for.

sausage are made of both pork and beef, if u read the lables it will tell you the type of sausage it is. Beef is better for you though.

sausages are made from what ever you like to fill them with. Go to Butcher and ask him to sell you some skins, keep in salt until you use them. buy the best meat you can of the type you want, eg, pork ,beef, chicken, reindeer, goose, fish. and grind fine add flavours, eg garlic, ginger, crushed, corriander, onion. hey go on put what you like in and grind it all together. Put sausage cone on put on the skins and wind away.

there are loads of differnt sausages there are beef ones and pork ones and even pork and beef mixed.
