I have been working out to Denise Austin every morning, she usually has some great ab exercises on her show. Its just a 30 minute workout and it is really effective. The best one for your abs is to lay on your back and put your hands behind your head, lift your legs to your chest, cross at the ankles, and raise your legs to your chest and then extend your legs out, and then bring your legs back into your chest. Do this about 20 times a day and you should see results

Some dietary tips would be to reduce the calories and sodium in your diet. Follow a calorie based meal plan so that you can maintain a proper weight. Drink more water.
And follow a good work out plan. On the website below there is a great abdominal work out plan.
Follow it up with cardio/aerobic excercises
And with all those three you can loose it in no time

Reduce calorie intake and walking helps. At least 10,000 steps a day.
