sinus relief by natra-bio will clear your head up with no side effects.
Take as directed... Works wonders.
If you have yellow, non irritating discharge try pulsatilla. dissolve 5 'pills' under tongue every hour for four hours then once every 2 hours for four hours then once every four hours until condition clears then stop.
They sell it at most health food stores with the vits and minerals, comes in a tube that looks like chap stick. If you do buy it, the trick to getting at the pills is to hold bottle cap side down and spinning it until 5 pills are in there then remove cap. Took me 45 mins to figure that one out first time I bought it. lol...
It works better than anything I've ever tried in my life, to include antibiotics. I took this for a chronic sinus infection. I had been suffering with it for 6 weeks. I took the pulsatilla in combination with the sinus relief and I was better in 3 days.

try citrocidal - not sure how it's spelt - it's a grapefruit seed extract and is fantastic for any illness as it's antibiotic and antiviral. Should shift the cold!!! Ask in a health food shop and they'll let you know all about it.

i assume you've been to the doc? 4 weeks is a long time.
colds can drag on, but you could have a sinus infection or touch of pneumonia or something if you haven't been looked it, you should go in.
