Reinstalled Windows, lost my microsoft office 2003 cd key, but purchased it online. Can I retrieve it?

I recently had to reinstall my copy of Windows due to a virus and therefore I do not have anything saved from the original installation.

I know there are many questions regarding lost CD keys with Microsoft products. The most common answer is to call Microsoft and explain your situation hoping they will give you a free CD key.

I purchased my copy of Office 2003 online, can anyone link me to where I can retrieve my receipt since it was delivered electronically? I'll have a much better case on the phone if I can provide a receipt.

I tried the jellybean program and it could not locate my office key without an error. This is probably because I had to reinstall Windows and nothing was left behind.

Yes, I can be sent to you again.

Contact the reseller from whom you purchased it. They will (if you initially activated & registered the software license) forward the request to the distibutor (TechData, Ingram Micro, etc ...) or directly to Microsoft.

They can do this but may choose to refer you directly to Microsoft instead.

If you properly activated & registered your license at least once they can trace the original key, disable it & reassign a new one to you.

Hence ... the benefits of registering with Microsoft.

Well first you have the program installed on your computer RIGHT?
If you do then you can try to look in the internet for crack or in other words for a key that's not the one you had.(THIS IS JUST IN CASE THAT YOU CANNOT FIND OR GET YOU GENUINE KEY FOR MICROSOFT OFFICE 2003)

YOU CAN FIND THIS KEY MAKERS in this pages just type cracks and when you get to a web site type the name of your program.

You will have to go back to the site you bought the Office 2003 from. They should have records of your details, failing that you can prove the transaction by the trans code on your credit card, or on your debit card.
You bought the Office legitimately, so it should be easy enough to get back from the place you purchased the item.
