This happens a lot when you are in college. Time is for you to finish your college and make sure that you make a living before you go after a girl day and night.
Just think, when she turns to you, you should be in a position to support her. Love is something for a long time not a short break snack.
Give her time and you take a break.

Agree with all the comments. Go with none. Wanna know why, the first one seem like he loves you and everything but in the same way, a creep. How he would do anything for you and loves you more than anything. No one could really be like that, unless if you go with him, he could be a real psycho. For the second dude: why would you want to be with someone who doesnt like the way you are and only understands you sometimes. Plus, he smokes. ;| So yeap, thats the conclusion!

Tell the girl the truth what is going on, let the girl that you like know that she has been lied to, and that you are wanting to propose to her. And if she ask what about her friend let her know that the girl proposed to you and that you have not liked her friend in that fashion and let her know that you are in love with her if you truely are.

dont force the one you are inlove with.give her time and space for a while.and later approach her and and explain everything about the lie to her.dont propose yet become her friend,through that u get much closer and later propose
