I believe in motherly instinct at times. I have had several times where I felt something was wrong and it was. Everything from my 9 mo. old falling off a bed when in his grandma's care to him being sick. I have had those feelings before. Just don't worry too much. If it truly concerns you give your mom a call and just check on him and maybe ask to just speak to him to tell him you love him. It'll be ok. Sometimes I was wrong, but a few times I was right. (it was a him, the 3 year old? I thought it was. If i'm wrong I'm sorry about that! )

This sounds a little like post partum depression, or anxiety. Go to your doctors. Its all part of being a mom. Dont worry so much & enjoy what you have going for you! Best of Luck!!!

PROBABLY YOU R NOT A WORKING MOM AND SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME WITH YOUR KIDS. IF THAT IS THE CASE, ITS ABSOLUTELY OKAY. THE FIRST TIME I LEFT MY CHILD FOR AN HOUR I FELT SO GUILTY AND WORRIED. BUT MOSTLY IF ITS WITH A PERSON LIKE MY MOM, I FEEL O.K. IT WONT BE A CRIME TO ASK AFTER YOUR KIDS, CALL HER AND FIND OUT. CALL YOUR HUSBAND TOO SO THAT ATLEAST YOU CAN HAVE A REST OF MIND.

I think it's normal. My son is 16 years old and I still get that sick feeling sometimes. How can we not in this day and age??

Sounds completely normal to me! I have 3 kids and have done that since day 1. I learned early on to ALWAYS trust my instinct.

Good Luck and congrats!

Call and make sure! it will help relieve the fear, and no your not nuts, and if nobody like it tough! yes its normal and usually nothing bad happens but to have the knowledge that your just a little more edgy today, but if it continues see your doctor for medication.
