What can I expect when I attend a weight watchers meeting for the first time?

A friendly and welcoming environment. They'll give you your first week booklets and weigh you in. You'll then grab a seat and the meeting will begin. They'll give out awards to others that have met their goals, and discuss some topics. People will share their stories and ask questions, etc.

I was just thinking of starting too. I found that on their website there is a meeting just a few blocks from my house! I also saw on TV that they are having free registration until March.
My mother in law has lost 50 pounds so far with WW! She looks great!
