They can use an interpreter who can listen to and speak to the blind guy, but then uses sign-language (hands) to relay the message to the deaf guy, or option 2) they are each on the computer via internet of course,.... and the deaf guy reads and types responses, while the blind guy is trained in touch-typing, and has a program on his computer that reads the words aloud in the incoming message, and speaks aloud whatever he is typing.......

1)The guy who can't hear will be sitting in front of the chimney, so he won't see the blind guy. They won't have a reason to talk :)

since a blind guy can speak and hear he will chat with a guy whocan hear since he also can hear and speak!!!!!!!!
