This is very simple but so very gooooood

Put some melted butter in a baking dish and put a layer of cooked shrimp then top with mozzerella cheese (regular or Italian style) then top with Italian style bread crumbs and drizzle with more melted butter. Bake at 350 until top is browned and cheese is melted.

Ingredients:
cup butter or margarine
cup heavy cream
cup grated Parmesan cheese
teaspoon salt
pepper
italian seasoning
orgegano
broccoli florets
sliced carrots
noodles or fettuccine, cooked

Directions:

Cook noodles or fettuccine according to package directions. Heat butter and cream in saucepan until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper; stir until sauce is blended and fairly smooth. Add to drained noodles and toss until they are well coated. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

Variation: Add cooked shrimp, crab or mushrooms.
