I've already reached my goal weight. I'm now 100 pounds, and now that I've reached it, I want to stop dieting, and make my metabolism faster so I can eat anything I want (I don't mean pigging out). I normally eat 800-1000 calories a day, but I want to eat at least 1200-1300 calories everyday. Will I gain weight if I eat 1200-1300 calories everyday? Or should I alter it, so my metabolism wont be shocked or anything. I really don't want to gain weight anymore, and I don't want to diet anymore. So please, I really need your advice. :) I'm just really happy right now.

Because my BMR is 1300 calories a day, so if I eat that much everyday or every other day, then does that mean I won't lose weight?

well, I'm a man, but try to don't think in how much calories you eat, you just need to make exercise and eat healthy food, but not in much quantity, you can eat fruits, and chicken (it's better than meat) and that kind of things, try to make some sport

Know that your weight will probably fluctuate 5 pounds up or down and don't let that irritate you. A person needs at least 1300 calories to survive, and, these days needs multiple vitamina with minerals to substitute for what you're missing in your daily food intake. I don't think you'll gain again unless you splurge. But it's not fun when you have to watch your weight like that, so enjoy and if you eat more one day, then eat a tad less the next. Don't worry about metabolism, leave that worry for the heavyweights.

The best thing you can do is get active. The more active you are the more you get to eat!! Exercise will speed up your metabolism both immediately afterwards and in the long term too.

check out www.theenzymediet.com Even though you have reached your goal weight (CONGRATULATIONS!) you want to maintain a healthy metabolism.

This program actually heals your metabolism naturally through enzyme nutrition (enzymes are the little critters that keep your metabolism functioning).

I hope this helps--it's an excellent program.
