My boyfriend and I fought a few weeks ago. Both of us hurted each other's feelings. He apologized to me the next day, and said he wanted to be alone for a few days, and he would understand if I never wanted to talk to him again. It has been a couple of weeks since we last talked.. I tried to contact him a week ago - wrote him emails and called him too, but he didn't write back nor did he answer my phone calls. We are not living in the same city now. Should I wait and see what happens, or should I just give up on us cause he is not talking to me at all?

I am so confused as to why he stopped talking all together. I understand he needed some time, but if he wanted to end it, he should have said something. It just hurts to be ignored like that.

If it has only been a few weeks he might be still going through the anger stage. When you break up with someone guys tend to get angry and they use it to there advantage. It sucks and it makes you feel like crap. He isn't going to respond sorry but that's just how guys are. If you hurt them they want to hurt you 10 times worse. If you give him some time to cool down and give him some room he may respond to your trying to communicate. There is always the chance that being in a new city he may have found someone new already it's very likely i would wait awhile and see what happens.

Maybe he just need time to balance things out...But it was also hard to be kept hang!! Your the only one who can feel if you still need to hold on or to just let it go and let the destiny decide if you were really meant for each other!!!

Give him about another week. If he still doesn't make contact, move on.

Give him time and see if he will contact you. If he doesn't contact you then give up on him and move on
