the basics of all martial arts are about the same.one art is not better than the other .what makes a person a winner is the techniques used and the skill they have to use it.to master all techniques will give you the needed edge to be the winner.you need to learn to read your opponent so not to let them pull you in to there fight, make the fight your own.tko

First off Emin Boztepe doesn't do specifically Wing Tsun, but rather variety of Arts including wrestling. There is no real antidote to being taken down except a good sprawl, solid wrestling etc.
I haven't heard of Boztepe fighting a BJJ guy, but if you check out any EBMAS (Emin Boztepe Martial Arts System) demos than you would see they in fact do some take downs and some matwork and a lot of Escrima/Kali. Their matwork is very limited and some of it (demo wise) looks fairly unrealistic.
In fact here is a good example of how Emin Boztepe acts in a real fight.
Here is a video of two Wing Tsun masters going at it!
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szdF1nIAfpk
When William Cheung announced that he was the "True Master" of Wing Chun and was willing to fight anyone to prove it. In 1986 at a Martial Arts Seminar Emin Boztepe challenged him and that was the ensuing fight.
Funny, how two Grandmasters of Wing Chun end up quickly in a clinch and on the ground (again due to his various experience it was Emin who basically body slammed Cheung).
So, just something to keep in mind. In a real fight the two Wing Chun masters didn't have a blurring pushing hands contest or spend the time trapping and blocking.
Nope, they ended up grabbing each other, then going to the ground.
Just something to keep in mind I think. Not sure what counter Wing Tsun would have, or what counter Emin Boztepe would have when they end up on the ground when an actual fight happens.
While I see videos of his system and he appears to be a very well rounded Martial Artist, I think against a straight BJJ guy, or lets say as you put it an "expert" he could probably do alright at first due to his Turkish Wrestling background, but would still end up getting controlled then submitted.
Just my two cents.

The art doesn't matter. It's the artist that matters. Comparing one martial art against another is like comparing painting and sculpture. Is a sculptor better then a painter? Depends on the artist. A master at any one art will beat an amateur at another. Also certain moves and attacks will be expected by some artists but others may not and so will be less prepared for them. So even if you beat my art 9 times I still might beat you that 10th time if I know what to expect or think a different way.

LOL the short answer is that they wouldn't. A WT person is Dead on the ground. Plain and simple. In my 14 years of mixed MA, I have yet to see "teh R3a4l" _ing _ung from anyone. Most are just trained in this half *** art that makes them feel super human like the yellow bamboo crew, or the chicken dancers. JJ trains in reality and full resistance. Hard to compete with actual working knowledge.

odds are the ju jitsu fighter would win, but that is playing probabilities because there are more legit teachers of jujitsu than there are legit wing chun teachers.
However, if you presume they both trained properly, under realistic conditions and were clones of each other (exact physical replicas) then it would depend on how hard they trained and still the better quality of thier training.

it depends, but if they're equaly trained and discplined and same flexability, than the Wing Tsun fighter should win.
