I have heard that one shouldn't eat that much ranch dressing, but I do admit I eat a lot of it on many different types of food. Couldnt one be doing worse by eating chocolate, mayonaise, fried foods, etc??

It's not bad for you in moderation, not many things are! It's basically just mayonnaise, sour cream and flavourings.

I get the packet kind and make it up with greek style (thick) yoghurt and semi-skim milk. It comes out a little tarter than the regular kind, but loads less calories and fat!!

Avoid all 'diet' varieties like the plague, they only try to fool your body and your body won't like it.

Hm mm never heard of that one. If you listen to everything they say is bad for you we would all starve. Eat what you enjoy with moderation. Every one is different

Never heard of this. If you are watching your fat and calorie intake I would change to the diet bottles of ranch though. They do reduce the fat and calories.
