Three guys go to a hotel?

Question

They decide to share a room and the bill comes to $30. Later, the manager realises he's overcharged them by five bucks, so he sends the bellboy to give them change. Meanwhile, the guys have gone to sleep. There was only one bed, so (being pals) they sleep together. The bellboy knocks on the door (after pocketing two dollars) and waits for a reply. All he can hear is a lot of groaning. So he turns in for the night.
In the morning, the manager asks the men if they had a good sleep. Two of them said they had the same dream, wherein they were getting a hand job. The guy who had been sleeping in the middle said he dreamed he was skiing. Just then the bellboy walks in and gives them all a dollar. What happened to the other two?
I'm sorry, I'm making this up as I go. Can somebody please come up with a really good punchline, or else I'm gonna get a hell of a lot of thumbs downs.
