what should i do - i need tips how to talk with her!?

I really want to talk with this girl whom I like more often during schooltime. I used to be able to talk with her only during our tuition or other school activities, class projects because at usual time she is always with her friends. What I have the courage to do was just to text her sometimes. I have previously told her my feeling but she said she just want to be friends.

It seem that I could not talk with her; I could not even start a conversation. She also didn't start the conversation, so we rarely talk. It's just that I am too shy. What should I do? Now I do not know how I should give her the birthday card that I have made for her! thank you

i guess you told her your feelings too early.. you might have frightened her i'm sorry to say. but it's okie, you still can befriend her! it's better to be friends first, understand more about each other beyond the attraction you sense (love is blind, it's true.) and then you'll be more certain of how you feel towards her. in this way, you'll also know more about her-- what she likes and dislikes, what she needs and don't need too. you'll know when you can stand up for her or be there for her, and she'll gradually realise just how much you care for her and how much she means to you. feelings would flourish. take it slow. :)
to give her the card, i'd say, give it to her after your lesson when there aren't many people looking-- or she might feel pressured by her friends-- and say that this is a token of your sincerity and you would really like her to have this birthday present. you may want to text her like 2 hours later and ask if she likes the present. this may strike up a conversation.. all the best :)

Give this girl time. She obviously doesnt want to start anything right now. Just start up casual conversations with her. Like ask her how her day was, or what she's doing in the weekend...Stuff thats happening at that moment.
Go ahead and give her the card! Tell its something you made for her as a FRIEND. Make sure you make it clear that you jus wanna be frnds as well. Sooner or Later sahe'll warm up to you.
