I am one of those people who has eaten too much chocolate and too many takeaways at the wrong time of the day over the past few months and have a couple of stone to remove. I know I should diet and excercise, but I find it difficult. I used to be very active, sporty and fit and just seem to be in a rut. I need a kick start and wondered about booking into a detox centre for a week or two. Has anybody been to one and what were the results? Where was it and how much did it cost? How long did the initial benefit last for?

I once read a really good article in Marie Claire about this place - it is supposed to be very good. http://www.moinhos-velhos.com

Whats the point in paying for a detox holiday when you have already said you have become lazy and overweight so all you will do is put it back on.... If you dont have the will power to get off you fat lazy backside and do something about it then i have no sympathy for you so you might as well save you money and time and just buy more crap food and get bigger.
