common symptoms are stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhoea and in some cases dehydration and fever.
drink plenty of water and dont try and stop urself from vomiting.

Sudden onset vomiting then maybe diarrhea. U normally feel better as soon as the rotten/contaminated food is out of u.

me you will know if you have it. Vomiting continuously and diarrhea will be the first two things to hit you like a bombshell. Been there. It will happen very soon after.

rotten egg flavored burps...acid in ur throat.....diarrhea that is just foam
