Actually, no matter if we remember or not... Every person dreams EVERY night. ALL nights.. and that's not a theory, that's a psychology fact....

People usually dream some time before waking up when they are not in deep sleep...

People dream based on their past experiences, present problems and life moments....

The brain then tries to put thing together into a story (just the way the brain works trying to make sense out of random data from your memory...

THEN dreaming is not a DISEASE....

Dreaming is good for you. Most people dream as part of their REM sleep and it shows merely that a person is totally relaxed and comfortable. REM sleep is a good thing because it's the time during your sleep which your body repairs itself from your hectic day.

its not a disease .everybody dreams when their so relaxed.and they just sleep like a blank in their head when their stressed. its naturally.maybe you're just relaxed when you go to sleep.
