I am 21, 135lbs, and about 6'0". I have been tall and thin all of my life. I want to change it badly; I am tired of being thin. The obvious answer is to eat more, but what exactly should I eat, and how much of it? Is there a new diet I can start? I lift weights, but that doesn't yield much. I am lost. Can anyone help?

You are a classic "Ectomorph" body type, which means you have a raging metabolism which makes it extremely hard to put on weight. Like the guy said before me, if you are serious about this, you have to both eat A LOT (5000 calories), and rip it up at the gym. This will be as hard as someone extremely overweight (due to the opposite problem; a slow metabolism), so it will take extreme dedication and hard work.

I suggest a weight gain powder, which will make it much easier to reach 5000 calories a day

Good luck!
