I am sorry you feel that way, it is not true, not everyone hates you or your people but there are a few who have nothing better to do than stir up racial hatred.
It is unfortunate that you lose people that you have a high regard for but you need to remember that this world of ours is not a big place and if you want you will meet them again.
Don't waste your life worrying about what other people say or think, live your life to the best of your abilities and enjoy, no matter what your religion or beliefs we all end up dead.

I don't hate Muslims. But you should take a look in Indonesia or middle east countries where Muslims generally do behave in a very rascal, conventional, impulsive, extreme, authoritarian and tempestuous way. They burned churches, created any worst calamities possible and shattered anything that is considered 'against' their belief ----still---- they 'protect and cover' their pride and dignity using Islam religion as their fortress of their self defenses and self righteousness.

And we have to confess here that most of the deadly devastating terrorism attacks ever happened in this world mostly derived by Muslim countries and by Muslim people.

So from this point on, the world view Muslims as volatile and violent people ever. Even Islam is not really a horrendous religion at all but the doers of Islam generally are tumultuous and turbulent.

I don't hate Muslims. I grew up as a Christian (Seventh Day Adventist actually) and even had a Lebanese Muslim boyfriend for 2 years. He was so cute and really sweet. I think it's wrong that so many Muslims are treated unfairly because of the actions of a few hardcore militant types that also call themselves Muslims. I admire Muslims that can stay strong in a time of so much adversity. This isn't relevant but I'm not a Christian now.

Ok first of all, everyone doesn't hate Muslims. Now unfortunately since the 9/11 attacks Muslim people have been victims of prejudice just because those guys dared to say they are real Muslims. Its very sad because lots of people are closing the door to people that are BRILLIANT! I bet some people don't know that Muslims invented Algebra, many medical advances during the 13th and 14th century were discovered by Muslims. I believe that the Muslim culture is a BEAUTIFUL one, and lots of Christians forget that Judaism, Christianity and Muslims...well we are brother and sister in religion and in heritage. Our books are basically the same, have the same prophets, have lots of similarities in rituals...and te crowning glory is that The cradle of civilization is in the Fertile Crescent, where Abraham was promised that he would have as many followers as the stars.

No, not all people hate Muslims. They have more lovers than haters, especially when they devotedly practice the teachings of Muhammad written in the Quran.
People throughout the world will realize soon that they are brothers and sisters in the family of the One True God.

I don't hate you at all.

I am trying to educate myself about Islam right now by reading up on the religion. I even have a copy of the Qur'an.

I think the biggest problem is people look at the religion of a person & not the person. I find it sad :(

Most people don't. Those that do are just a vocal minority. The American Propoganda Machine sends out imagery and misleading stories that depict muslims as terrorists. Our current government has thrived because it has been able to induce a culture of fear. Muslims and the ambiguous term, "middle easterners" are pointed to as the enemy so we become lost with fear and give the government a free pass to pass whatever legislation they deem necessary.

WHAT?
Not all hate Muslims... I don't hate Muslims, I don't hate you... I just don't like the fanatic Muslims that do acts of terrorism or that belief that they can kill and go to heaven, THAT I don't tolerate, but besides them I don't hate any other Muslim... I believe people that say they hate Muslims is because of the stereotype terrorist have made for all Muslims, I don't believe in stereotypes, but I do believe there is some radicals that kill people because of their beliefs, and ultimately people hate people like that, not Muslims for being Muslims...
