I would say throat cancer, i do not have testices so i can easily answer your question. But if i were a man, then definitely Throat cancer.

Yeah I'm going with Ammie on this one. Throat cancer bad, lifelong issues with that. Testical cancer bad, but I do without one of em. I can do without both of em, might have to take testosterone pills for the rest of my life but throat cancer.... I'll pass on that.

A hard question, but I think answerable.
Testicular Cancer can cause cells to quickly metastisize allowing Cancer to spread faster. Additionally, Testicular Cancer can cause the release of massive amounts of Testosterone which can damage the heart, lungs, Kidneys, liver, pancreas and brain.
Throat Cancer has few secondary effects, outside of the chance of spreading throughout the body, or obstructing the air or esophogus.
Testicular Cancer, is thus worse, in my opinion.

throat, and i'll tell you why, testicle cancer can only ever affect 50% of the population and the cure rate is higher, hardly anyone would notice if you had your nuts removed but most people could tell if you had a big pipe sticking out of your neck and had to talk with a microphone pressed against your throat.

throat cancer as you will end up dying of hunger before the cancer kills you and you wont be able to tell how much you love someone at the end!

Throat - difficult to cure and side effects if you do survive are not nice. Testicular - high survival rate if caught early enough.

Throat must be worse .Because you need to eat and talk and breath .Testicle you can still live normally
