I agree with Lynn. If you belong to a gym, have a trainer measure you.

If you don't belong to a gym, you can get a good measurement by purchasing a body fat scale. They cost about $40 - $60. I have a Tanita-brand one that works nicely and gives me a good estimate of what my body fat is. I think we got ours at WalMart or Bed, Bath Beyond.

The measurement links that you can find on the net (where you measure your waist / height) can also give you a rough estimate, but I've found them to be slightly off.

I would think either a personal trainer or your local gym would be the best bet for getting your body fat measured. The most accurate way is to use calipers which can be tricky on your own.
