Five years??! She must appeal to you in some way. I'm sure she does appreciate many things about you and whatever you do for her but doesn't verbalize it. She has been with you five years too, so you must appeal to her also.
Communicate your feelings of feeling unappreciated and why.
Also ask her if there are things about you that bother her.
In other words...clear the air ... have a calm discussion.
It could work wonders!

She obviously won't notice if you're gone, so just leave and find someone that will appreciate you...nobody knows what they've lost until it's gone.
