Yes. Have a boiled egg with a piece of wholegrain toast. Wash it down with a smoothie.
Very healthy! You get your protein, your vitamins and minerals - with alot of extra nutrition including fibre. The protein will keep you feeling full while the rest of it provides natural sugars for your body to use as slow-release energy.
I have this or something similar every day. And I've lost weight while doing it.

I really favor protein when it comes to feeling full. Even if you are trying to lose weight, eggs are a good option. You can scramble 1 or 2 with veggies and/or cheese. You can make a sandwich with scrambled, hard boiled or fried eggs. One of my favorites is to make a piece of whole wheat toast and top it with scrambled egg and a slice of cheese. I return it to the broiler just long enough to melt the cheese. It's delicious and very filling. Good luck.

porridge has a lot of water in it, it can fill you up but you'll easily get hungry too... try eating fruits... they're good when you are trying to lose weight..

2 fried egg whites, toast with heart healthy butter, fruit and two slices of turkey bacon. That is what I'm having.
