I want recipes for Face tightening and smoothening masks and scrubs. For normal Skin. And Body Balm/Mask recipes that make skin glow, and make it firmer and smoother. Ive read that coffee is really good for your skin.. and smoothens and tightens the skin if applied with olive oil or milk? Is that true ? Also what other things can i use from my kitchen to make face and body packs ( ive heard chocolate is good too!!.. yumm!) ? Thanks

have you tried a sea salt glo scrub? Its olive oil and sugar mixed together. Have someone rub it over your entire body then get in the shower and rinse it off. Your skin will be O so smooth.

You can absolutely use food on your skin. It can be very effective. Dermatologists do sometimes recommend it, but many prefer to recommend drugs because they get kick backs from the drug companies. My Favorites are:
1/4 cup yogurt w/ 1/2 T Baking soda, mix and rub on damp face with your fingers, rinse in about 1 min
or
1 cup corn meal, 3T honey, mixed together and massaged on hands , feet, elbows, knees(:don't use this one on your face:) and rinsed off.
You can keep leftovers covered in the refrigerator for a few days, but remember this is food, and it will go bad pretty fast.

Girl, there's too many out there to be listed here, your best bet would be to use your Yahoo search for this.

I will tell you though, that VERY FINELY GROUND coffee beans make a kick-*** exfoliant. If it's not finely ground, all you'll end up doing is scratching your face up. Add some to your facial cleanser and see what happens.

DONT NOT USE FOOD ON SKIN!!! if food was to work for long term all medical dermatologists would be recomending it anyhow you can buy glycolic acid % depends on your age and skin type if you are sencetive use it under 15% if you are not you can go till 30% ( best) for wrinkles (40% or 50%) dont go higher than that and use it on your skin once every 15 days and any body parts but should be washed off after 3 mins keeps skin looking healthy and wrinkle free and you can get it online or at a drug store but if you cant affort them the best way to keep your skin smooth with glow is use dove ( any mosterizing sope ) rub it on a small turkey towel and scrub it on your face once a day and thats it!( works best for daily skin care)
