Well I used COLD chamomile tea bags a few times for my eyes. I didn't get any negative reaction, it was very soothing.
Maybe some stronger teas or even tea bag paper can trigger a negative reaction. You could always cook loose chamomile or some other herbal tea, because they're very mild, (to be even safer, why not try organic?), then wrap some in a cheesecloth, wait for it too completely cool, and it's ready! :)

Good luck!

It sounds as although one among your tear ducts isn't operating real. i might want to objective antihistamine eye drops contained in the morning and at nighttime once you've time try some slices of cucumber over the puffy section. of direction you'll favor to lie down for 10 min's. yet good day, what a good excuse.

if the tea bag was clean and freshly prepared, the girl might have been allergic to some components of the tea or the tea bag.
