If there are two officers, one will chase you on foot, while the other drives the car around to cut you off. Works all the time. These fools are best off not to run from the police.
Human officers can run fast. K-9 officers will have you faster.

The fat ones will give up almost immediately, but the athletic ones will chase you over a fence and across a field and into a barn where you will give up after a brief scuffle.
Do not run, they will sniff you out!

Faster than me, or I would have caught one,
they have fast cars as well, as all that other
yummy equipment, depends if you are running
from one...........
Normally faster than most criminals....
