wassup ppl ive been stickin 2 my workout/diet and im always craving for sumthin 2 snack on (not really that hungry just need sumthin to chew on) and ive been eating apples everytime i get this craving (which is like 6-9 times a day) and i was wondering whats healthy that i can snack on cuz i know apples are healthy but too much of it is bad.....isnt it?

Ps. Dont say carrot sticks they suck

I don't know if that many apples a day is necessarily bad, but I'm sure you'll get tired of them. What about lollipops, saltine crackers, ice pops, or other fruits like oranges, pears, or bananas. Just don't switch to one thing and have like 8 ice pops a day...have a combination of things.

I don't know whether you exercise or not... but it might be either your body type or your increased requirements or a combination of both.

The more you snack the more your metabolism increases (which might explain why you have more cravings). You might need to eat something with more calories than apples!

Try sugar free jelly, sorbet, rice cakes with a low fat spread, soup, or try just having a drink. That helps sometimes. Or do something to keep your mind off eating.

im at a healthy low weight and i snack on hummus and carrots or ryvita or ricecakes!! or dried fruit mixed up wiv nuts in the blender is delicious!! hope this helps!!
