when you are with him, keeps some treats in your pocket, if he barks, say no, if he stops, give him a treat, if he does not, let him smell it but don't give it, he will learn, if you say no and he stops he will get a treat, if he does not stop, he gets nothing

Perhaps, this will work: Everytime it barks, put the muzzle (that thing that covers the mouth); keep it there for sometime, then remove it. Do this again & again until it realizes that it's being punished for being noisy. It's your way of saying, "Shut Up!!!".

Give him to the Aliens if they come back...........they LOVE fresh doggieburgers. Just don't give them any cheese, it bounds aliens up and they get REAL pissed!
