Or do y'all know anyone that has?
I have had it for 2 & 1/2 years & seem to be getting sicker the longer I have it.
I have tried so many different things & nothing has made any difference.
I'm in bed a lot of the time now as even sitting tires me out.
I don't go out as social situations are just to much for me.

To the poster who joked about tiredness - you wouldnt know ME/CFS if it hit you. I feel like I have flu everyday - that's nothing like the tiredness you experience. You should research it before making silly comments on here.

I semi-recovered from ME/CFS for 5 years but although I was able to lead a normal life I never felt truly recovered as I always had background symptoms. Sometimes if I lifted something heavy I would get fluey legs or my throat and glands would flare up if I'd overdone it. I was able to hold down a full time job but never felt 100% well. Unfortunately I had a massive relapse in 2005 and it came back, and Ive been ill since. What I believe is that once you're prone to ME/CFS you are always at a riskof relapse - it never goes completely. What you can achieve is a near-normal life where the symptoms can be managed. I was stupid to work full time and I really overdone it. You might find that you can recover to working part time and you will stay at that level without getting worse. You will recover to a certain degree, but you'll always have to be careful. That's not necessarily a bad thing, as you'll live a slower pace of life thna most people, and you'll really appreciate what you are able to do.

Make sure you eat well as that is really important, and pace your activities. If you do too much you'll end up ill again. Supplement your diet with magnesium and calcium if you don't already. Some people say that aloe vera juice is helpful. I find reflexology treatments good for treating the aches and pains in my muscles.

I wish you luck.

I've been battling Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for 4 years now and when I got this system I was probably at the lowest point of my life. I had no energy at all and was in constant pain. I hated myself and hated the doctors who all shrugged it off and told me I just needed to take it easy or that I simply needed to have proper sleep!

This have completely changed my life. Barely 3 weeks on this system, and my brain fog and headaches are gone completely! I can now also manage to go for a 20 minute brisk walk without feeling exhausted.

I feel for you - I know two people with this and recently I have heard that being prescribed mild antidepressants has helped them. This is not to suggest that CFS is a psychological condition - it seems it may be related to a chemical imbalance in the brain which can be addressed by use of certain antidepressants so it might be worth discussing this with your GP.

Good luck.

It's not likely that they have, although regulating your diet & adjusting your sleep schedule may offer some relief.
