I applied Canadian tourist visa in 2005,it was rejected ,the reason the immigration told me,that if i go i might stayed there. But I don't have any idea to stay,Because i am taking responsibility to look after my parents, and i prefer eastern way of life and i am working here. How could i convince the immigration that i want just to visit to my relatives and i will be back.

There has to be more to this.... If you have a plane ticket with a return date on it I would think that would be proof enough. How long were you planning to visit relatives?

Go to www.cic.gc.ca that has alot of information about coming into canada. If you are here to visit, I can't see it being a huge problem. Perhaps there is more to your story that I don't know

hope this helps

Once you have been refused your only recourse is to go through an immigration lawyer. The embassy officials have the right to refuse based upon the statistics that they have.

If you try on your own to query anything the office is not obligated to reply.

sure, for sure. this is area of a similar usa. the really massive difference is in case you easily favor to immigrate to Canada, in which case Québec does have a separate decision procedure from different provinces.
