Stop screwing everything that moves, WASH them, wear a condom if you are going to have sex. DONT have sex if you don't want an infection.
Basically, keep it in your pants, and keep it clean.

to your bath water(preferably luke warm) add just 1-3drops of tea-tree oil and then bath....tea tree oil has good medicinal properties which will keep ur genitals away from infections and also gives u a nice good odour to ur skin...
get this from a shop tht sells herbals only...
